HBComposer v1.0.6b | <– Download link – macOS 11.0+ (Intel & Apple Silicon) |

HBComposer is a simple console application which allows you to combine a set of Hasselblad 3FR RAW files into a single one. It outputs a single native non-demosaiced 3FR RAW file containing the result of the combination.
The advantage of this tool is that it works on RAW files and produces a RAW file. So, the full image quality like HBNC and archival characteristics are maintained. Moreover, since it is still non-demosaiced, the size of the resulting file is minimal, like all RAW images.
Currently it supports two operations:
- Frame average: the average value of each corresponding pixel of all images is calculated.
- Frame median: the median value of each corresponding pixel of all images is calculated (longer calculation times).
This application is provided as a zip file, and it is still in its beta version. Any feedback about bugs and/or user experience is welcome!
Once unpacked, you’ll find a README.pdf file containing the instructions on how to use it.
NOTE: The application needs macOS (Intel or Apple Silicon) 11+ and a Java Runtime 11 Environment (or more recent) installed on your system.
*** FFF RAW files are not supported yet. ***
